About Vanessa Kwong
A Life Shaped by Art, Storytelling, and Animals
Before becoming a photographer, Vanessa studied in Film school, where she developed a deep appreciation for visual storytelling. Her background in directing, art direction, and photography continues to shape the way she approaches every portrait today. Rather than simply documenting appearances, she creates images with intention, carefully considering light, composition, symbolism, and the relationship between people and their pets.
Alongside her artistic background, Vanessa has always shared her life with animals. Having grown up with both dogs and cats, and now being a dog owner herself, she understands that every pet has their own personality, boundaries, and pace.
Her sessions are intentionally calm. There is no expectation for pets to perform perfectly. Therefore, she allows them to be themselves, creating portraits that feel genuine, natural, and
full of character.
For Vanessa, photography has never been about creating images that sit forgotten on a hard drive. It is about creating artwork that allows families to revisit a feeling years from now.
Because the love we share with our pets deserves a place in our homes, not just in our memories.
Our Vision
Your photos deserve more than a screen.
The moments you share with your pet are part of your life, your home, your story. They shouldn’t live hidden on a phone or lost in a drive, they deserve to be seen, every day.
We create artwork, not just photos.
Pieces designed for your space, meant to live on your walls and become part of your home.
Because timeless artwork lasts.
They don’t get lost in thousands of files.
They stay, age with your home, become part of your life.
Timeless, intentional, and made to be lived with.
